A member of BEUMER Group, BEUMER Group Middle East, is strategically located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, making it a hub and supporting our other Group Companies around the world. We have more than 400 employees working in our various business segments such as Airport systems, Logistics and Customer Support in the Middle East.
The Project Manager leads the project team according to BEUMER Group (BG) standards (PMI based). The Project Manager leads the project in the best interest of BEUMER Group based on the Vision, Core Values and Leadership principles of BEUMER. The Project Manager reports to an internal Steering Committee, using the project report as the tool to inform the steering committee of the overall status of the project and present the important decisions to be taken. The Project Manager ensures transparent and open communication of consolidated technical and financial points in the project. Thinks and acts globally as BEUMER Group. The Project Manager will additionally act as people champion by formulating goals and motivating team members to achieve those goals.
