Special stainless steel roller tracks transport bales between the individual waypoints, carefully and reliable. The bales are first checked for metal residues, weight, size, surface quality and individual material properties. If all quality requirements are met, a packaging machine wraps the synthetic rubber bales in film. BEUMER robotpac’s® place the bales in metal crates which have been automatically erected and furnished with an in-liner.

RFID tags and labels to ensure a fully traceable and secure workflow. Downstream, the production lines can be equipped with a high-performance packaging system of the BEUMER stretch hood series covers the packed crates with a highly elastic, waterproof stretch film, which reliably protects the products from external influences.
