Reliable and automated precision palletising

BEUMER paletpac® systems are known for their excellent stacking quality and reliability. The BEUMER layer palletiser is ideally suited for sensitive bagged goods such as plasters, screeds, granulates and powdered or micronised products. For stacking trays and cartons in several layers with or without intermediate sheets, we recommend our BEUMER robotpac® palletising robot (a robotic arm). A BEUMER palletiser from the lower-performance range achieves a throughput of 600 to 2,500 bags per hour. The unique design of its automatic infeed with ventilated deposit tables or special coatings reduces friction. State-of-the-art drive technology minimises its conveyor technology’s noise and wear. Furthermore, motors that save energy through frequency control and servo technology, product-specific rotating devices and optimised electrical control ensure that the palletiser runs economically, safely and precisely. Finally, its integrated pallet magazine automatically feeds empty pallets into the line for a smooth palletising process.

Packing patterns and palletising capacity

Whether it’s fertiliser or cement – in the high-performance range, a palletiser from the BEUMER paletpac® series sorts bag units onto pallets at speeds of up to 6,000 bags per hour. It’s a palletising machine with guaranteed high stacking quality, gentle bag handling, and it increases your daily output and processes orders in no time. The multi-programme has all the usual packing patterns from 3 to 10-bag units, plus we can programme every palletiser individually according to your company’s specific palletising machine requirements.

To achieve the correct packing pattern with the paletpac® series, we use optimised rotating devices, e.g. a double belt turning device for fragile cargo and a bar turning device for robust goods. Our high-performance models also feature state-of-the-art drive technology, variably adjustable parameters and a high degree of user-friendliness, making for a happy palletiser operator.

Clamp-rotating device

The clamp-rotating device aligns bagged freight thanks to a particular clamp. This low-impact method is available for all BEUMER paletpac® systems up to a capacity of 2,500 bags per hour.

Proven method of layer preparation

Twin belt turning device

The twin belt turning device of the BEUMER paletpac® system turns packaged items with special care. Different speeds of two separately driven conveyor belts make the extra-gentle handling possible. The system is ideal for the building material, cement, chemical or the food industry.

Bar turning device

Our bar turning device consists of a swivelling bar that moves the laterally guided items into their desired position. While this device can be used in the BEUMER paletpac® palletiser regardless of performance class, its strengths are most apparent with robust products and large mass flows.
