Developing the products of tomorrow
As our new Software Architect, you will join a global, cross-functional R&D team consisting of highly skilled people within vison, mechanical, electrical engineering, data analytics and software developers. The team's mission is to innovate products and systems within the airport business domain.
With the technical responsibility of all processes – from analysis and development to test and implementation – it is up to you to:
- Lead the software automation development of new products and be overall responsible for the architecture of the products.
- Align automation strategies with business goals and technical requirements.
- Set product requirements in collaboration with the business.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies for automation and orchestration.
- Establish best practices and standards for automation, testing, and quality assurance.
The position is in Aarhus, and you will have stakeholders within the organization, both locally and internationally.
Architect with a knack for driving business value
The role calls for a candidate with a strong background in designing and implementing automation solutions across various software platforms. You are innovative, proactive, and able to develop automation systems that enhance efficiency and drive business value. Moreover, you bring the following qualifications to the job:
- Extensive experience in software automation architecture and systems design.
- Strong expertise in a wide range of software tools (e.g., GitLab, Docker), programming languages (e.g., Java, .NET, Python), operating systems (e.g., Linux), simulation environments (e.g., Gazebo, UNITY), and frameworks (e.g., ROS).
- Solid understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of leading projects and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
